 The appraiser knows it is not & also the assessor of property ! What they did was just take my money 

 Have been going through a cash out finance on my home to do remodeling... Appraised twice & cared me with a fee for a credit check...Needless to say I did not get the loan but for the reason they said is that my home is a manufactured home which it is not ! The home is a 1900 sq.ft 50 yr. Old home that has never had a mortgage before... .I did use a ccard & they took out all these fees in my fiancees name Chadwick Lawson

loan depot I would not recommend loandepot to anyone, they really created a very painful process. It took me almost 4 months to do the closing. There is not costumer service in this company.I have to call several times to Scott Irving and the managers to find out about the process of my closing. Even more closing cost increased from good faith estimate more that three times!!!They charged me over $4,500 more than the GFE anyways. Theydont tell you the real cost of the closing.Big Liars!! I am glad the process is over, the most frustrating refinance I have ever done. Never use them again, Loandepot suck as a company. Loandepot foothill Ranch California California
