Loandepot Ripoff, Scam, Liars, Nationwide

 They tell you in the beginning they can refinance you in 30-45 days. 90 days latter they are still asking for info they've had for weeks and lying about the reasons it's taking so long. They won't answer the phone when you call and never return phone calls. Only get an email from them late Friday nights wanting info in 48-72 hours. They make up excuses as to why it's not closing after they have all info requested then they want to charge to extend interest rate when they are the reason it's extended. DO NOT do business with them. Complete scam. We cancelled and switched to Quicken.
