Lobel Financial repoed my car and I do not have a loan through them!! Anaheim California

I woke up this morning and my car was gone. When I called the police to file a reprort , I was informed that my car was reposed. I called my Finance company and they told me that I was current on all of my payments. I was then told to call the police again to file a report. When I called they gave me the number to the tow company. When I called them they gave me the number to Lobel Financial. When I called Lobel, they stated that they own the title on the vehicle and that I would have to find out where Carmax got the car. Needles to say Carmax is doing there best to help me and Lobel is just giving me the run around.

Every time that either Carmax or myself tries to get ahold of anyone at Lobel , they either don't answer, put you on hold or tell you that they need to talk to there manager and they will call you back.

The vehicle is registered in my name and the title is owned by carmax financial. I am in great need for some help. Any information that is given would be greatly appreciated.
