Submitted needed material to rebate center.Rebate center sent post card requesting receipt.The only way the rebate center could have info to contact me was by having the receipt.Contacted Logitech and they gave me a automated answering service number in a  e mail response.No more Logitech products and no more products from any company that does not honor rebates.I never forget.Spread the word about Logitech and their rebate company ripoffs.
