Ordered Logitech outdoor security system with three cameras Oct. 2010. Camera #1 went out after a month; called tech support on 12/13 - after various tests, they determined camera was defective. Said replacement was being sent out 12/13 and sent return label for defective camera. They received defective camera 12/20; when I was supposed to get my replacement. After several emails; they finally told me my camera was still waiting to be shipped from the warehouse as of 12/27!
Now, camera #3 has gone out the same way, so I only have one security camera working. They don't want to stand behind what they sell and lie to the customer. Product quality sucks and so does customer service. Am reporting them to the Attorney General in Draper, Utah for fraud. Other than ripoff.com this might help.If they are listed with the Better Business Bureau a complaint needs to be filed there too.
Hope I can get the replacement cameras soon.Their reputation needs to get around, fast, so others don't get scammed into buying their defective products. People have asked me how I like my security cameras and I have told them "they're great for about a month" because after that security is nonexistent. And don't even think about customer service as that doesn't exist either.

Guess you're lucky

Guess you're one of the lucky ones. There's a Logitech complaint website that is very interesting, as well as a few other sites about Logitech with complaints. They finally did send me a camera that I received 12/28, but they sent the WRONG CAMERA. Had to call Customer service, get another return label, send that one back, and now I'm STILL waiting for the outdoor security camera from Dec. 13th.
When this system works; it's great. The picture is clear and very detailed. But what good is a system that only lasts 30-45 days and it takes weeks to get a replacement under warranty? If I didn't need a security system, I certainly wouldn't have bought one.
When the warranties are up on my cameras, I will probably look elsewhere. It just isn't worth dealing with the problems and I don't care if they are a multi-million dollar organization or not. As far as I am concerned, their productssuck and so does their customer service.
If their replacement cameras last for a year, I just might reconsider, but not at this stage of dealing with them. My familyis dealing with cancer and I just don't have the time for their games.

Never had a problem

Im sorry to hear that Logitech has let you down in their support department. I, personally, have never had nothing but a good experience with Logitech. Hell, they even at one point were giving everyone that visited a specific website a free wireless keyboard and mouse.
I however can understand your frustration. I can suggest perhaps trying to call their support number and ask to speak to a supervisor. Remember even though Logitech is multi million dollar company, people still take time off for holidays. Everyone is human, and enjoys spending time with their family's.
