Love Beal And Nixon Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I would just like to see if any information could be provided to help me. In january i had recieved my check and noticed i had a garnishment and was dumb founded. So i ask my job if they had known anything of it and stated to me they had no documentation of this and would check on it. Well after a month they couldnt find any information other than i had a garnishment and they would try to get me more information.

Well i say two weeks later i recieve a letter from love beal and nixon but all it showed was how they determined how much money to garnish. I only recieved two of these letters in the four months they have been garnishing my check. I never recieved any papers serving me that i had a lawsuit against me i had no ideal until i got my check and seen that garnishment.

So when i called love beal and nixon to see exactly whom i owe these money too and to get official documentation regarding this matter all they told me was that it was providian and how much i owed and anything else i would need to send in official documentation.

So my question is was it legal for them to get this garnishment with me not getting served any court papers and also i tried searching every oklahoma court docket systems i could find and i couldnt even find a case for me? Any help i would be gratefully appericated.
