Love Beal Nixon, Love, Beal, and Nixon, Scumbag lawfirm that underhandedly sues for debt payment Ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I am being sued by love beal and nixon for a debt of about $9,000. I was served on the december of 18 2006 saying and i answered back jan 16 2007 sayin that i deny being debted to the plantiff and that the are barred by the statute of limitations.

I have since then recieved "debt validation" that I never asked for from them. It was not the original contract just something on LBN letterhead sayin the account number and the amount and the orginal creditor. I also was sent interrogatories. I have some questions that i need answered because i cant afford a whole lot of cousel.

1. Do I have to answer interrogatories if they werent filed with the court?

2. How do I answer the interrogatories without incriminating myself?

3. I plan on filing for a motion for discovery and then a motion for dismissal...how do i do so and is this smart.

4. I know i am beyond the statute of limitations but how do i obtain payment information from the original creditor if it was sold sometime ago?

If anyone has ANY input it would be most appreciated. These guys are dirtbags and I know I can beat them.....i just need a little assistance.
