Love, Beal & Nixon Won't talk to us about our debt. We have sent them $1200.00 in check since July 27, 2008 and one $1000.00 automated payment for which I received a confirmation number, but they never sent it. They just wanted to garnish our bank account, which they did!!!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Love, Beal & Nixon (Unifund, CCr Partners) received a judgement on and old credit card that had been charged off we replied like we were suppose to, but they got the judgement.

On Aug. 6 we were suppose to go to court for a Journal Entry of Judgemen. My husband had a doctor's appointment that morning at 9:00 a.m., the same time we were suppose to be in court.

My husband had just been diagnosed with having a liason or mass on his right lung. He couldn't miss this appointment.

We have been working with Credit Solutions out of Dallas, Texas and they got LBN on the phone and we thought we had made an arrangement that they would not attend the hearing either, but they did.

We paid them 200.00, as asked, on July 27 for an August payment then I did a automated payment on August 4. I got part of the confirmation number (978), but it took me forever to get the machine to work, which I think they have it fixed that way on purpose. I sent them $1000.00 check on September 5, they cashed both checks!!!!)

As soon as they got my checking info they garnished our checking account for $11,001. I filed a personal wage exemption because of undue hardship. We got the money they garnished from our retirement fund as a hardship withdrawal. We have a hearing October 8. Then we will file chapter 13 bankrupcy!!!!
