Cambridge Card ripped me off for $250.00. Low Pay Card ripped me off 159.90. Grat Funding Resource is still taking $39.95 out of my account . Grant Funding USA also takes $39.95 out. I've asked the first two for refunds and got no reply and the other two, I don't know how to contact them?
