LOW PAY CARD LOW PAY CARD LIES, FRAUD AND ROBBING BANK ACCOUNTS Los Angeles California

LOW PAY CARD is stealing money from my bank account! They lied to my husband and told him of all the wonderful things they could do for him, he said he wanted to sign up but he didn't have money in the account so they set up a day for him to call back and let them know that he has put money in the account and talked to me to confirm that it was ok to take money out of our joint account. Well they didn't wait till the call back and they just started taking money out of the account, even after we both called them and told them not to! The bank declined the charges and a week or so later we saw another one pop up, once again I called them to tell them that we wanted our money back and that they needed to cancel the card (that should have never been activated in the first place) and return our money, (that they claim is refundable) but instead they call ME a liar and hang up on me. Well the last time I took it upon myself to RECORD THEM! The money they took from the account isn't even the amount they put in writing that would come out IF WE APPROVED the charges. Our bank is already fighting them and I am looking for a Lawyer who wants to bring up a Lawsuit against them. I spent hours on the phone only to be called a liar and be hung up on and still to have my bank account a mess. I'm past just wanting my money back, I have heart problems and all the stress they are causing me is making me sick. Even now my heart races at the thought of the hours of time I waisted trying to get this resolved with little to no trouble for them, and I'm done with being nice! I want my money back and I want them destroyed so they can not do this to anyone else!
