Low Pay Card They took $99 out of my account twice. The first time I was able to get it back, but this time they said because it was on the 30th of May & I didn't know about it till the second it's too late.That's just wrong! Los Angeles California

They took $99 dollars out of my account twice. The first time I was able to get the money back, but this time the bank said because it was taken out on the 30th of May & I didn't find out about it until June 2nd that it was too late for them to do anything & I would have to get my money back from LPC. Problem is I called both phone #'s & the first # says they are experiencing heavy call volume & tells you to call back later & then it just hangs up on you! The 2nd # says the same thing execpt it puts you on hold, but I was on hold for over a half hour & nobody ever picked up the phone! Thing is I know that they aren't that busy because I called each number exactly at the time that they opened. So I know that they just won't pick up the phone. That's just wrong.
