I place a trail offer with Lumanelle skin care! I paid $4.95 & $3.95 for each product to be shipped upon receiving the package in "one" box with the usp label that is clearly printed $2.55 that they paid for shipping, then they immediately billed my credit card twice for at $90 each!!! I called them and told them to pick up back their items and offered me % off on four separate occasions going down as low as 80% off!! I told them I didn't want anything of theirs!! They then told me I had to pay for the shipping and handling back to them!!! I yelled and hung upm on them!! They should be shut down they are lying to customers!!! Please help!! Thank you
