Buyer Beware: THE FREE TRIAL -- IT'S REALLY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION= equals frustration on your part.  Time to send back item and wait to be refunded or go through the bank to dispute the charge.

There are numerous web sites for Lumanelle products and they all lead to www.lumanelle.com where you enter information for getting your so-called free trial of their products.  

It appears that you only have to pay shipping and they will send you the sample products.  But in the small print (and well hidden on their web pages) you will find you are ALSO signing up for a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION where they automatically mail another bottle and charge you approximately $80 or $90 every month (price depends on which product you order). 

The really annoying part is if you cancel within the 14 days, they want you to mail the "free" product back to them at your own expense.  Oh, and the 14-day trial starts the day you place your order and that includes shipping time. I ordered my product on 11/19/13 and did not receive it until 11/27/13 and they charged my bank on 12/3/13. All these "terms and conditions" are well hidden on their web pages.  In fact, only their main ordering page actually states a summary of these conditions.   If you start out on https://www.lumarepair.com the only clue to the monthly subscription deal is if you click the tiny, hard-to-see "Terms and Conditions" link at the bottom of the page.

So they only sell the product by subscription.  There is not even a form for a one-time order on their web site.  There is no price list on their web site.  And the only place you see the $80 (Luma Hydrate) or $90 (Luma Repair) monthly subscription cost is in the very small print.
