Luxurious Eyes and Skin TOTAL SCAM Internet

I ordered the trial size of the Luxurious Skin and Luxurious Eyes, 30 day supply for $5.99 and $5.97 each.  At the time my order was placed, there was nothing on the page pertaining a 15 day trial period.

First of all, I never received the product and secondly, my bank account was charged $92.99 and $92.97. When I called to get the charges refunded, the first CSR told me that there was nothing that she could do and that a supervisor would return my call.  I called the second time and was told that I could get a partial refund.

I told the second CSR that I did not want a partial and he kept trying to get me to let them send the product (which I never received) again.  I said no and asked to speak with a supervisor.  I was put on hold for more than ten minutes. I hung up from that call and called again.  The third CSR said that there was nothing that she could do, since I had agreed to a partial refund.

I told her that I did not agree to a partial refund and asked for the corporate number and was told that they would only tell me the same thing.  I requested the corporate number again and was asked if that was all that she could help me with today.  I hung up the phone and begin to research and that is when I came across Ripoff Report.

From looking at previous reports, others have experienced the same thing as myself.  It is a total scam and I pray that I can get my money back somehow.
