Beware of M-3 Strategy! The CEO Mitchel Mitchell has made numerous promises to me during the 9 month short re-fi application, but has produced no results except to put me into a worse situation . Instead of just my mtg payment I ended up with an escrow account which I had paid not to have during my initial purchase of home. This now put my monthly payments higher and reduced my monthly cash flow situation!

I repeatedly called and e-mailed the company on updates as to what was happening and unless I stayed on the phone and insisted on being put through to someone, I was always put off. To date I have received no confirmation as to whether my file is dead or something is still being negotiated. I have been lied to repeatedly , told one thing and no action!

What really concerns me ---Is this another way of IDENTITY THEFT!!!!
All my personal information is now in the hands of someone who is not taking the responsibility of doing the job they were paid for and is not legit.

Initally when I started this process I was apprehensive because of information I had heard on the news. I did a lot of research on M-3 who also has an attorny's name on their website. I investigated him and found no negative reports. I was introduced to a person that worked for M-3 who was a friend of someone I knew and he had been helped with his short re-fi. I had my financial advisor call and ask for info that I might not have asked for. I even went to a state website to see if there where any negative records on the company.

It all sounded OK. So I paid a retainer because I didn't feel I could tackle the situation on my own. I did not go into this without my eyes open. But I still got SCAMMED!
I cannot believe that in this time of Financial Crisis in the USA there are still so many vultures out there preying on people that have enough stress,financial burdens and problems . Shame on you M-3 Strategy and your CEO.!!
