Whatever you do, do not give your money to this company!!  They are absolutely taking people's money UPFRONT and not performing the services promised or charged for.  They tout the number one short pay refinance program in the nation, but ask them how many short pays they have done.  Go ahead.  They may even give you a number!

The sad truth, however, is the answer is actually none.  Not a single short pay refinance has been done by this company.  The person running the company is a criminal.  And a compulsive liar.  Go ahead, look her up.  The whole thing is a sham.  The poor lawyer probably had no idea what he was getting into when he agreed to let her use his name on the door AND on her contracts.  And if I'm not mistaken, she's using his business license as well.  Don't forget about Secrest Consulting.  That mysterious company performs the forensic audits.  Or at least, that's who gets the money.  Anyone ever get a copy of their audit?  I didn't.  I didn't even send in all my loan paperwork to do the audit.  No one cared or asked.  

Normally, I wouldn't waste my breath.  I am not a person who easily complains nor a person who is easily fooled.  However, I was sucked into this like hundreds of others, and am amazed that I am the first to post a report on this company or their shady dealings.  Forensic audits that don't get done.  Negotiations on a file that has never been touched.  The place is a disorganized mess. 

Whoever has put forth money, time, and hope into this company, you might as well forget it all.  Contact the D.A., the news, whoever you want.  But accept that the money is gone, and if this was your last hope to save your house, you may want to find other options.  THIS WILL NOT WORK.

I don't want to be a naysayer.  I just want the truth out on the most trusted source of news in the 21st century, the Internet.  No one should have to go through what I and hundreds of other people have during these impossibly hard times.
