If you are referring to the membership you signed up for in January 2012, we will not be issuing any refunds as you signed up by your own will, and have never gave any notice of cancellation. You voluntarily proceeded with the transaction and gave the representative your billing information as well as an outline for your biography. In order to resolve this issue you can reach us at 718-932-8011(M-F 8am-5pm) or email us directly at info@madisonwhoswho.com.
