Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Madison Who's Who charged my bank membership fee's without authorization..when contacted them they gave me a hard time about refunding my money...then months later found a 19.95 recurring charge on my bank statement when I thought the issue was cleared up.

In regards to the membership that you signed up for-
You were clearly informed that there was a membership fee, which is why you provided your credit card number. Once you agreed to join Madison Who's Who you were charged. Nothing about that is fraudulent. Any "hard time" you might have had with canceling certainly had to do with the fact that you falsely accused the company of charging your credit card without permission.
In regards to The Chat Room Charge of $19.95-
When you originally became a member with us, we extended to you a free trial of our exclusive networking chat room that all of our members use to network in real time. The chat room is given to all members for free for sixty days and then it does have a monthly charge of 19.95. It can be canceled at any time. All of the information was included in the Welcome Package emailed to you.
If you could email info@madisonwhoswho.com with your contact information, or give us a call at 718-932-8011 we can amend the Chat Room charge issue and fully rectify the situation.
