Madison Who's Who EMPLOYEES GET RIPPED OFF & LIED TO ALSO!! Long Island City New York

I am an ex employee of Madison who's Who and trust me no one that works for this company besides the owners Matthew Schwartz & Scott and the b***h secretary Diana have anything good to say about it. Employees are lied to during the interview thinking the people we're going to call are already customers and gave us their information. Its not until after 3 days of unpaid training and talking to several people that we realizing we're scamming people out of there money. We taught that "buyers are liars" and that you'll tell us whatever sob story u want to use to make us feel sorry for you. From the first day employees are on their pda's trying to find new jobs while sitting at there desks. We don't want to work for Madison its just that the country's in a recession and no one wants to hire you unless you already have a degree + 1-5 yrs experience. Majority of the employees are college students trying to pay for school or are fresh out of school and don't have enough field experience to land a job.

Anyway the prices are $749 for a lifetime, $549 for a 5 yr, $249 for a two yr membership ("that is only reserved for non profit organizations") $199 & $99 for one year memberships (no difference btwn the plans) plus shipping and handling. What you don't know is that on the other side of the phone we have a script that we follow to a T to get you to answer all of the questions and "explain" the lifetime and 5 yr memberships. For every rebuttal u have besides hanging up we have an answer for on a bulletin board in front of us. The office is set up so that about 50 people r just staring at there boards and the telephone side by side in rows until we get the a print out of the email you filled out originally. How did you get our information you ask, we were sold your info! Or Miss Diana and her team went to your company's website and got your name and phone #. Mind you of these 50 people several of us get your page and it is reprinted continuously until you are sold. It doesnt matter if u filled out the form 2 years ago!

We are only paid $300 a week for 40 plus hour days bc we do not get over time and are docked $30 (half a days pay) if we are late, even by 2 minutes. When we quit or get fired for not enough sales they are only supposed to hold our last paycheck in case any of you cancel (which is bs bc alot of people dont realize they've been charged in time) They fire you in the middle of the week so they can claim they can hold 2 paychecks for a month. They refuse to let you come pick it up so that you dont start a scene when you realize they shorted you by $100-$200. When we finally get it its 6 weeks later and they are frustrated that you keep annoying them about YOUR MONEY. We get in at 8 am and start annoying people on the other side of the world. So trust we get cursed out in English, Spanish, Chinese, several African dialects, Austrian & Australian. Madison even stoops so low to have us call people that just had strokes, great grandparents, quadriplegics and even other college students who think its going to be a great networking tool bc thats what we're told to say ( It's like Myspace, but only for professionals"). We're not even allowed to see how our own website works. We also get fired for taking home any paperwork and no we cant send out emails later on to you bc that would give u time to google us! Even if you buy a membership we call you a few months to even years after your membership has ended "reviewing your information for printing" and asking u want an additional book or cd or just THE ONE FOR YOURSELF. We're told to bulldoze through it and let you think about the price later if we even tell you the price. Even if we sell you a book we will still call and sell u a cd for $200 or more (they allow us to jack up the price)
NO, WE DO NOT RECORD YOUR CALLS!!!They wouldn't even be in business if that was done. I have spoken to several customers that were unhappy they paid for everything they brought. THE OWNERS THINK YOUR STUPID!!!! YOU HAVE A YEAR TO CALL YOUR BANK OR CC COMPANY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!! NO THEY'LL NEVER SEND YOU THE BOOK, CD OR ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES A WELCOME PACKAGE, WITH FAKE PLANE TICKETS ( YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE CHOSEN HOTELS, IN WHICH THEY'LL TRY AND SELL YOU A TIME SHARE PROPERTY) AND A BS TISSUE PAPER CERTIFICATE THATS WORTH LESS THAN 49 CENT TOILET TISSUE.
