When I ordered Magic Jack Plus.. they said that i could retain my own phone number... I was not able to do that.. and I cannot get in touch with them .. the phone number that I have for them is 1-800-762-1438 and that is to order a phone.. not to talk to anyone.. I need to cancel by service with them.. because this was supposed to save money.. now it is costing me money.
