magic jack plus misleading information- does not work with satelitte internet providers internet

i had the service for only about ten days i could hear the person talking on the other end okay- but they could not hear me.

i was told when i first set it and i talked to somebody on chat for help at one point  TOLD THEM WHAT TYPE OF INTERNET  i was using and they didnt say anything until ten days later that  the trouble i was having was just because of that.  why didnt they tell me this in the first place???????

i ported my number from at&t and like previous reports on here i am now seeing they only refunded $32 of the $53 i paid- they said that was an unrefundable amount for porting/

i was mislead- i had heard of other people who like the service, so i thought i would try it. Wish i would have come here first. is there anyone out there whio has had any luck getting the rest of their money back?
