Magical Dream Escapes misrepresentation Hallandale, Florida

Over the telephone I was offered a great vacation package. Unfortunately, it is a scam.

When I read the terms and conditions section of the coupon which Magical Dream Escapes sent for 5 days in Orlando and they differ from the verbal informatin I was givenover the telephone. Specifically, "This voucher is void as to Florida Residents of...Miami-Dade,...Counties..." The company solicited me, a resident of Miami-Dade County, to purchase the voucher.It failed to inform me that the voucher was void and that I was not eligible. "...combined family income of $50,000, full time employed..." I was not informedof these conditions. The oral representation said daily hot breakfasts for the entire party were included. This does not appear in the voucher. The oral representation said I would receive"fast pass" tickets. This does not appear in the voucher. I had planned a wonderful vacation with the use of the voucher and must now cancel as I am a resident of Miami-Dade County.
