Well I called Reservations to find out about these vacation packages and found out that it costs more to book the vacations for their fees than the packages costs themselves. The prices are above!!!! And I also found out that you can only own one package, so my second package is totally invalid.

CALLED AGAIN ON APRIL 2, 2008 TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND ON BOTH PACKAGES AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL TWICE.

I WAS FINALLY CALLED BACK AT 5:43 P.M. BY RON FRANK AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED A REFUND ON BOTH PACKAGES PURCHASED. I TOLD HIM THAT ME & MY HUSBAND DIDN'T HAVE A COMBINED ANNUAL INCOME OF $50,000 OR WERE BOTH FULL TIME EMPLOYED OR RETIRED, THAT WE WERE BOTH DISABLED AND ON A FIXED ANNUAL INCOME OF LESS THAN $40,000. HE THEN TOLD ME TO RETURN THE 1st PACKAGE TO THEM AND HE WOULD REFUND ME FOR THAT PACKAGE, BUT HE COULDN'T REFUND US FOR THE 2nd PACKAGE. HE TOLD ME JUST CHECK OFF THAT WE HAD A COMBINED ANNUAL INCOME OF $50,000, WHICH IS FRAUD. I ALSO TOLD HIM IT STATED IN THE PACKAGE, THAT ALL CERTIFICATES ARE NULL AND VOID ONE YEAR AFTER RECEIPT. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY INITIALLY GIVE YOU A
6 MONTH EXTENSION AND IF YOU NEED MORE TIME, THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER 18 MONTH EXTENSION ON IT. I WILL SEND OUT THE PACKAGE TOMORROW FOR A REFUND OF $200.00 FOR THE FIRST PACKAGE.

Ron Frank called me back at 11:40 am and told me they are still waiting for the package that I sent back to them in April 2, 2008. He said they never received it. He told me to look around a see if I still have the package and forgot to send it. I looked around and I found the package, it had been returned for incorrect address. It had the wrong zip code on it. I will send it back out with the correct address and certified mail to: 1025 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Suite 11, Hallandale, FL. 33009. Ron Frank will process my refund of $197.99 when he receives the package.

Called and got voice mail.... Left message for Ron Frank to call me back.. I stated that I mailed the package back to Ron Frank's attention by Certified mail, last week and he should have received the package by now.... Left my phone number for him to call me back.

Received a call back from some woman called Renee from customer service, stating that she had received my package back and it was in such terrible condition that they couldn't refund me my money. She stated that she couldn't resend the package back out to another customer, so I couldn't have my money back. Well, now I am fuming mad because once again this company has lied to me. Now it's time to show this company that this needs to be stopped now, so I'm taking this action as I see fits. I may be disabled, but I'm not ignorant. At tops, their little package cost about $5.00 to make. I could reproduce it myself on my computer for less than that. In only highlighted all the rules and regulations that I was told to lie about, like our annual income, so that they could see why I wanted a refund to begin with. We didn't make the required income of $50,000 annually, we don't even make $40,000 a year. I was told to lie about it by Ron Frank. Well, now I'll tell the whole world that Magical Dream Escapes, Inc. Are nothing but a rip off. They stole $397.99 and I want it back. That's all they sell are lies.
