Supposedly this package came to us via special promotion for Visa users. It was proposed that for a nominal charge, we had access to cruises, beach, amusement park and excursions that we could create our own vacation package. We had never been on a cruise, and we always include amusement parks in our itinerary, so this package sounded awesome. Upon receipt of the package, I read through the fine print, and discovered the incidentals that were verbally told to me, were not in the package.

Also the time frame that we had to use it by was verbalized to me as 36 months, much in the booklet you were given 12 months. I saw the surcharges and taxes were much higher than you would normally pay in addition to the cost of the cruise.  The excursion to the Bahamas was included at the island, you were responsible for getting your family there. There is so much wrong with this and I have not even used this package yet. I am nervous as to how much it will wind up costing me in the end. Not a happy customer at this point. Wish I could get my $1047.00 back and book something else on my own. My advice to others would be not to bother with anyone from this type of company. When they call you, hang up on them.
