Magicjack Magicjack Magicjack Tech service hacked my computer and is asking for $650.00 or he will distroy my credit. West Palm Beach Florida

I had issue with my magicjack not working so i went online and did a chat with their tech service, he asked for my cell phone number in case we get cut so I gave it to him and we talked on my cell phone fixing my phone. they told me that they needed to go into my laptop to see why my phone was not working so I let magicjack tech into my computer. this guy told me that my computer was being invaded by hacker and he would clean up my computers softwear so that my phone would work. well this didnt work I checked the light on the adapter and told him it was off he said if I had a spare USB adapter I could use that he would send me a replacment. so I did use a spare USB adapter and it worked. he told me that magicjack would repair my computer so I wouldnt get hacked for $199.99 dollars so me knowing its magicjack why not pay this so I can have a piece of mind. he said if ever my computer went down to call a special hot line number only for these customers.1-855-424-7200(tool free) he said the name of this department was called Cresolvein.us  my phone was up and running because of the adapter I found and not the softwear he was fixing on my computer. note: he sent me a replacement adapter for my phone for free.

well I got a call from this guy may 9th 2014 and he told me he wanted to give me a refund of my $199.99 long story short this guy wanted to get into my comnputer to give me a one time form for a refund so I let him in agin and he started to creat a western union accout in my name then my computer went blank so I quicky powered down he was so upset he started to tell me that he has all my files and that he was going to ruin my credit and open account with my information if I didnt pay him $650.00 . I had to change my account numbers at my bank and change my cell phone number this was a very bad fear that came over me i wont want any other person dealing wuth these people.
