magicJack Cannot Renew Subscription West Palm Beach, Florida

  I have never had any issues with my magicJack until today. I went to go renew my subscription for another year and low and behold it did not work. So I logged onto their crappy online customer service chat and spoke to a person that told me there was a problem with my card and to just try again.

  So I tried again and it didn't work again, I went back onto the chat and talked to another person that claimed there was an issue with my internet. However I never had this issue before and I was talking to them quite easily on the internet. They then said that they would email me when it was fixed. So I tried again with a different credit card and it didn't work.

  All the times that I attempted to renew, four times in total, magicJack had been posting the charges to my credit card and they still claimed that it would not work. I finally had enough and got onto the live chat again and complained about their shoddy service and demanded as a paying customer for this to be resolved today. When I asked for that the representative said that they would submit another report and ask the higher ups to expedite the process.

  When I said that that was not good enough the rep promptly said that was all they could do and stopped the chat. Now this is my only form of communication by phone call, and I am away from home for college and need my phone to be able to call home. This company has taken away my ability to phone my family or have a phone for emergencies. I need this phone to be fixed immediately.
