This company told me that they could help with a modification but only took almost 4000 dollars.

They changed information on my forms I told them it was incorrect and was told if my modification was denied they would resubmit 

With correct information

After the deniial THOMAS said to fax them the information when I did he said they could not help me I ask to speak to Mr Conkley

Thomas said he was the manager and made the decision s not Mr Conkley.  I ask him if he thought 4 phone calls to my bank was worth 4000 dollars he said that they have documentation  and that is all they need my bank told me they called but never was approved to talk to them so they did not. They want to help you until they get your money. They also tell you to pay half now and half in 30 days

But dont send any forms to your bank until paid in full of course by t his time I had faxed all the forms myself

I called the state bar and they sent me forms to file a complaint
