Marlo Furniture ripped me off! I ignored warnings on rip-offreport.com and I got stung! Heed these reports! Rockville Maryland

I read this site before purchasing products from Marlo Furniture. I told the sale representative about what I had read on this site and he assured me that I had no reason to worry because those were very rare incidents and it would not happen to us. So I went ahead and purchased a sofa and love seat from the Marlo Furniture in Rockville over three weeks ago. They had no problem taking my money and then I had to wait two additional weeks for it to be delivered.

Upon delivery we come to discover that the love seat is missing all the leg assembly and the sofa's leg assembly is all broken, so then we contact our sales rep as well Marlo's customer service regarding all the problems and was told NO PROBLEM. Well it has turned out to be a HUGE PROBLEM because it's now been over another week and absolutely no one has done anything to help out or fix the problem.

We have been told by the sales rep and their service technician that they would call to make arrangements to handle everything. But apparently no one at Marlo's knows how to use a telephone because as I write this no one has returned the umpteen times that we have called and left message. I can't get Marlo's to call back, fix the problem, exchange the items or get my money back, so BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Marlo Furniture.
