Mattress Firm Deceptive Sales and horrible customer service Orlando Florida

I saw the ad on TV about mattress firm and the free delivery and 90 day same as cash.  I called the sales dept 800 number and the sales man was so fast I felt like I was ordering a pizza.  I ordered a mattress and pillows, the pillows that I wanted the sales man said they are out of stock.  Imagine that they are still on their site and are available, I guess those were not ones he would make a bonus on.  They delivered my mattress very quickly, the very next day,

the salesman wanted it delivered the same day.  That was a little too quick for me so I said no the next day was fine.   They delivered the matress seems fine except the cover on the bottom of the box spring is ripped off.  A few days later I realized that this place is a leasing store and that they rent furniture  YUK!!!!  I surely hope this mattress is totally new.  I called the so called customer service for and invoice because I wanted to pay the bill in full within a few days. 

The customer service person was VERY rude told me she would NOT send an invoice that I had to get it from the finance company!   Very rude and not helpful at all.  Then I called the finance company and paid my bill told them I wanted an invoice they said I had to get it from mattress firm, told him of the rude girl and that she said she would not give me one, I ask him to contact her and tell her to email one and send one,

she did then email me an invoice, very unprofessional she just sent it no words or nothing.  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!    So now I have my invoice only to see that they charged me $80 for delivery!!!!!   I was NEVER told of this fee and it clearly says on the TV ad there is NO delivery fee!   I think it is a shame to have an ad on tv that is so deceptive!  I am sharing my experience so that others will not be taken advantage of and lied to.  Sales persons name is Jason Haugh!
