Mattress Warehouse delivered a damaged box spring and a mattress which is hard as a rock and refused to exchange it or help me with the warranty. Frederick, Maryland

I bought a Queen size mattress at Mattress Warehouse which cost over two thousand dollars.  When the mattress was delivered, the box spring was damaged.  Furthermore, the mattress, a Devon by Simmons, was as hard as a rock.  It was nothing like the floor sample which I tested out in the show room.  When I called the manger, he said he could not refund my money or take back a used mattress.  I called about the damage as it was being delivered and then the following morning again.  He said that I could go through the warranty company and then gave me misleading information as to how to contact them.  I would never buy another mattress from Mattress Warehouse and their TV adds are lies.  Their TV adds say that the offer a money back guarantee.  This company refuses to give any money back or help you with damaged property.  Do not give them any money.  Go somewhere, where they give you a return policy.
