Mattresss 1 No contract or delivery date, collected tax money and will not refund. Cant talk to regional manager. Boynton Beach Florida

We placed an order for a queen mattress with advertised financing. He said we must pay for tax, so we did. Store manager called us two days later, can't use advertised financing. He made another offer, we accepted on phone and made delivery date. Every time I went into store, still no contract written and many people coming in complaining they did not get their deliveries or problems. We decided to cancel. After several visits and phone calls, I insisted he write up refund request for the tax we paid. After one week, he wrote it and faxed it to corporate. He would not provide names or phone numbers that we could contact. We e-mailed corporate (Mattress 1) and no response ever received. We are still waiting for credit, which was supposed to be within 10 business days from Dec 12.  It is now Jan 15. Store salesmen state they are not allowed to give out names or numbers.
