MBF LEASING Llc Has a lease on a broken piece of equipment New York New York

We signed up for a credit card service with Leaders, and were told we needed a credit card processing machine.We were told we had to lease it through their provider and they would send paper work. When we received the paper we were told to sign it and mail it to them, the would sign it and send it back. We never received the contract and a year later after the machine quit we canceled Leaders. We continued to get bills from MBF and when I called I was told the fees had gone up as they had insurance and billing fees attached to our contract. I asked for a copy of our contract and was sent a blurry mess on paper. I continued to request repair or replacement and was told ,It wasn't their problem. I finally ,aafter 6 months of a non working machine, told them I would no longer pay their lease. They have made many calls and keep refering to a contract I can not read. The machine is useless and I have no idea what the insurance I have been paying for covers or if it even exists. They said the contract monthly payment was $48.00, however I have gotten bills for as much as $195.00. This company is very dishonnest and I need help from someone, I just don't know who
