McAfee VirusScan rebate rip-off! Rebate not honored! Internet

I purchased McAfee Virus Scan to take the place of the Norton AntiVirus I had had previously. There were 2 rebates, one for the purchase and one because of changing to McAfee. I sent in both rebates and got them back in the mail saying I didn't enter my email address but it was on the form they returned.

I followed the instructions and went to the web site to enter the email address but they already had it. I sent in the correct documentation from my purchase of the Norton product and I got a paper back that said they needed it to process the rebate. I sent them 3 emails about this and it's been since May but no rebates. They don't even answer the email and I refuse to speak with their "Customer Support" because they can't be understood.

They owe me money.
