The company - Mckenzie Scott - appeared professional and had a lot of staff. The bottom line is they do very little other than mass e-mail your resume out. Their help and suggestions consist of the same things that are at the library under self-help. Their resume suggestions were panned repeatedly by prospective employers. My contact was the poster boy for a polite excuse driven - I'll get right back with more ideas type of salesman. Of course, he never had any real ideas or useful help. Their "fantastic data bases" amounted to the same data available thru free services or the phone book. If you're unemployed use the library, local peer groups and friends.
