MedAesthetica Medical Group No longer in business has 54 complaints with the business license board regarding this company Tustin California

I went thru all the lipozap treatments back in March 2007 even though after the first 2 didn't work they told me I had to finish them all to see results. In Jan.2008 I went for my final measurements and nothing had changed . They told me I had to e-mail client services only for a refund and talk to them about my complaints I e-mailed them numerous times spoke to a Nino de Jesus, and said they will be getting back to me shortly. I filled out the forms for small claims court but the company is no longer at the Tustin location and when I called the 1800 number they are no longer in business. I tried all the numbers and locations in Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills Manhattan Beach no response.

Everyone I talked to from Business License Dept. Medical Board and credit card company said since they are out of business I'm pretty much out of my money. My last hope is to call the attorney general to see if they are operating under a new name. I did get 2 other address from talking to the License Dept. if anyone lives down their maybe they can see if the business is under a new name: MedAesthetic Medical Group/DBA Aesthetic Network Assoc. Laser Shaping Center, 2308 The Strand, Manhattan Beach Ca. 90026 agent is Audry Carpiac. The other address is Laser Shaping Center, 6320 Canoga Ave. 13th floor, Woodland Hills, Ca. 91367. How do people get away with taking other peoples money and their are no penalties for their actions. This is a crime {stealing}.
