MedLife Plus ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I signed up for a trial month because I saw a local doctor on their list of providers. After joining I called as requested to set up an appointment and was told my local doctor is not a member yet. So I asked for a doctor in another town and was told the name and phone number of this doctor. I called this doctor to set up an appointment and was told they do not accept this card. The secretary asked me "Did you get this card off the internet?" I said yes! She said " You are being ripped off we are not members of this even though the people tell you we are!"

I cancelled and called the Medlife phone number again to see if any doctors in my area had been added. I did want to be a member if there were any doctors in my area. They said "We cannot tell you who our providers are until you are a member!"

I said "Why would I want to join a program if I didn't know there was a provider close by!" She said "Well that is your choice!" I said "Are you a member of BBB?" She said "Yes".

I said "I will report this! It is a shame that they are allowed to scam people like this!
