meineke car care undiagnosed, unfixed, dishonest, unprofressional, car broke down 30 miles later, $950 , scam, liars orlando Florida

My car broke down on my way into orlando. It felt as if no fuel was getting to the engine, and it wasnt becuase the car would idle and then sputter out. i had it towed to the local meineke. at this point the car still runs and the manager admitted that he was able to drive the car into the garage. they plugged it into the computer and it read that i had a misfiring cylinder. they explained to me that it would need to be replaced. at this point i thougt it was a fuel pump and not simply a loss of power from misfiring cylinders. but whatever, theyre the expert so i said go ahead and do the fix

i was called back two days later and 950 dollars later i am driving away. i drove the car a little while on vacation. i felt the same problem starting again so i took my car back the next morning before we drive back to PA so that he can check the issue again. the manager then tells me the 02 sensor might be bad and that i will be good to make it home and also for the next 6 months. i trusted him and we started home. about 30 miles up the highway my car starts to sputter and dies on the side of the road again. the car is having the same exact issue and the same exact symptoms.

i managed to get my car back to PA and now i have it at  mechanic i trust. when i called the meineke back to tell them that they had in fact not fixed my car and had not even diagnosed the right problem. i talked to the manager jose ocasio several times and he explained to me that in fact they had fixed my car and that whatever issue i was having now was a new issue. he refuses to refund my money and will not put me in contact with someone above him to try and get this resolved. the manager is now telling me that the owner will call me to resolve this but i have not heard from him in 2 days. 

i am so fed up with this meineke considering now when i call i do not even get a call back and when i do talk to the manager he is unprofessional, rude and dishonest.
