Merchant Lynx Services I was mislead, lied to, taken advantage of, details not explained Canton Georgia

As a person struggling to make my small business work I fell for the sales pitch presented to me by Christina Truong.

I thought that the 59.99 a month for my terminal was a little pricey but was told it could hold nine merchants. So I added my husband and his business as well as a friend of ours and his business. Divide that by 3 merchants the fee wasn't so bad.

I was told by Christina that I would have a 2.19% charge on the total transaction amount, a 20cent batch fee and a 5.00 monthly statement fee. That was it.

My bank went into overdraft do to fees that hit yesterday I was charged 50.00 for my keyed access and 50.00 for my swiped access. Was never told of these fees. Was also charged a 10.00 fee for warrnty and supplies 15.00 for something I am not sure 33.48, 31.90 and 17.05. I do not know what these fees are for and can not get a rep on the phone. Come to find out there is an additonal 25.00 per month and a 99.99 annual fee. None of these fees were reviewed. Of course not who would ever sign up for that.
I did a total of 80.00 in c c sales in Oct and it cost me over 192.00

I clearly asked Christina if there was any charge to cancel these services as I am uncertain about our business after the first of the year, she said no, cancel any time. Well come to find out I am in a four year non cancelable lease. I cannot believe that any one who works for or within this company sleeps at night.

There is no way anyone would do business with this company if everything they charge you was laid out in the beginning.

Please check them out under BBB as you will find more complaints. I am doing my best to get out of this contract even if it means hiring a attorney.
