I bought a "Palm Pre" from Meritline.com.
It didn't work. It was "DOA." They wouldn't take it back; in fact, all they did was tell me to take it to Verizon, who laughed at the idea that I should take a non-Verizon product back to them when it was purchased elsewhere. So much for dialogue. They ignored me after that. No answer to questions nor inquiries. No RMA number. So, I'm out forty bucks for a phone that they sold me that was DOA when it came. End of story.
