Meritline.com is the most dishonest business I have ever found on the internet. I ordered 300 cd business card media from them on June 3rd 2003. I was sent a tracking number for UPS. After waiting for a couple of days I checked UPS and found that the product had not moved.

I contacted Meritline by way of e-mail and was told that they would check with their shipping department. (lie #1) Again I waited for two to three days and checked the UPS number and the product still had not moved. UPS was showing a number but not showing any product being sent to them by Meritline.

Again I emailed Meritline and ask what the problem was and pointed out the fact they were to check with their shipping department. I also told them that unless the shipping department was in HONG KONG then they have had plenty of time to check this.

I was then told that the product "just arrive today" (their words) (Lie #2) They stated that it would ship that very day. (Lie #3) Again the wait for a couple of days checking UPS and still no movement. I sent a HOT e-mail to these crooks who had charged my credit card for $157 and never got a reply.

I sent 4 different emails over a period of 5 days and got a response just like the first. "so sorry for inconveinence, shipping department says ship in two or three days" (their words their spelling) I noticed that each e-mail response was signed by a different female, Karen ,Jessica etc; all with the same response and the same lies!

The way I got the last response was to tell them I was going to file a complaint with the feds for fraud and theft by wire. Funny they found the keys on the computer. I'm an e-cop. I tell you this bunch is running a scam and needs to be stopped. I do plan to file charges as soon as this coming Monday morning. A class action suit would be in order if some one wants to kick it of get in touch with me Im all for it.
