Where to start, First, I thought I was at the venue page that I wanted tickets for, very misleading. Second, I ordered tickets that were supposed to be $35. each, after I clicked order, they came out to $75 each, that was a shock, tried to cancel order, No Can Do! All sales are final! Third I receive the tickets in the mail, get this, balcony seats, way off to the left of the stage, seats 22 and 24! Are you kidding me!!! First off I was guaranteed the seats would be together, second, way off to the left? When I looked at the seating chart the balcony was almost empty!!! They are a rip off, I wish I could get this on the news so that others dont end up being ripped off, I was buying these tickets as a gift for a friend, it was a special occasion and now I am embarrassed to even give them, but what else can I do! Oh, and dont even try to contact them, it is all recordings, and you can leave a message until youre blue in the face, You wont hear back from them!
