metro pcs sold insurance for a phone with full replacement sales associate said "if anything happens to the phone you can just come in and get a new one" then when the phone was damaged thy wanted the price of the phone as a deductible port huron Michigan

when buying the phone the sales associate was asked what was covered under the insurance. the associate told me anything you do it is covered, broken screen, stolen, water damage. you pay for the insurance and if anthing happens you just come in and we will give you the same phone or one of equal value.

 when the phone was damged and returned to the store the associate inforemed me that it had a deductible. when i asked why i was not informed of this when i got the insurance. the associate told me thats just how it works. when i asked for thare insurance info ware it tells you about the deductible. i was told we dont have any of are flyers for it right now. witch was never give to me.

 when i asked them what the deductible was i was told 50$. i asked the associate why the deductible was as much as i payed for the phone. i was told its only good for the first three months really but you wolud still have had to pay the 50$. i asked the associate why i have to pay for a new phone if i have fullreplacement. and was told one more time that thats just how insurance.

when i was unabel to get the associate at the store to honor the insurance i called thare customer service. the customer service representative informed me thy had to transfer me to the clames compeny that thy use. thy didnt tell that it was not even thare insurance. the line i was transfered to did not give me a choice to speek to a person. the only choice that was given was to pay the deductible and make a clame.

when i called the customer service line back and ask to speek to a person i was told i cant help you and was hung up on.it may only me a cheep phone but fraud is fraud and im sure thy make millions in fraudulent insurance.
