MetroPCS Rebate Fraud Bellvue Nationwide

I purchased a LG Esteem cell phone from MetroPCS in Hawthorne California and was given a rebate form which I immediatly sent in. It took almost 24 month (2 years) to recieve my rebate. I had nothing but an F-U responce from their customer service rebate tracker representatives. I also went to the store location where I bought the phone and they did nothing but give me the useless corporate headquaters customer service phone number.
This past August I sent a letter to the franchise owner & actually then recived a call from a regional representative named Jessica Sippolini who said the company would credit my account & that was 90 days ago and still no credit to the account. So I have sent another letter to the owner of the Hawthorne & Lawdale stores & we will see if Mr.Raymond Hernandez will do at this point. It is just a spit in the face from both the Corporate offices & the retailers who represent them.
