MGC - Mortgage New company unwilling to work with customers Plano Texas

My loan was sold to MGC Mortgage by Wilshire in May, 2008. I have a predatory interest rate of 12.3%, it is an ARM, and MGC says that they are not participating in any government programs to modify loans. They told me this after I had completed two modification packets. I know they have many complaints with the Texas Attorney General, but Congressman Sam Johnson refuses to do anything, even though they are officed in his district. I think this company is state hopping as well, opening and closing offices, and operating under alias names in other states. I was contacted by a California office known as Graystone Mortgage, or Greystone.

I would like to hear from other individuals who have had grief with this company, and hopefully an attorney who could find a cause of action. When they purchased my loan, it was seven months before I ever received a monthly statement. They have GOT to be doing something illegal, but there are few laws out there to govern "loan service companies" like this one. Please help!!!
