I am filing a complaint due to this establishment's poor, unprofessional, and incompetent customer service. When you call their service line, their wait time is too long. You continously hear a recording, " Please continue to hold and a rep. will be with you as soon as possible" in a loop. Once a rep. finally answers they disconnect the call! As a paying customer this is frustrating and inconvenient. Also, their late fees for a two week extension are outrageous. I have paid over 400.00 on my last two bills. The quickest way to contact a rep. is via email. Most reps do not honor their word. When I complained about the outrageous fees, I was offered for a fee to be waived and when I accepted, the rep. did not comply. I appreciate and expect reps. to be courteous, helpful, and efficient when I need assistance.

Complaint Addressed and Resolved

I received a reply from the C/S Supervisor and she addressed my concerns and has forwarded my formal complaint to the Director, Mr. Johnson. She apologized for all my inconvenience and has credited my recent fees. It goes to show that if you go through the proper channels, as customers we can make a difference. Needless to say that although the whole purpose of the payment extension option is to help customers that are experiencing financial hardship, it is not worth paying late because of their high fees.

Thanks for your advice. I will look into that. My complaint involved my last two bills. I get billed every three months and my main grievance is how some customer service reps. need to improve their skills.

Striking a chord

Looks to me that my complaint stroke a chord. Your lack of sympathy demonstrates that you obviously work for this establishment. Your callous reply only magnifies and confirms my complaint: poor customer service skills. Don't worry, I have notified your director regarding my complaint. Thank you, Robert.

It is a two way street...

I appreciate and expect reps. to be courteous, helpful, and efficient when I need assistance.
- And they expect customers to pay ON-TIME.
As a paying customer this is frustrating and inconvenient.
- Oh and by the way...if you are calling asking for extentions...you are NOT a PAYING customer.

Check for a water leak

Bring in a plumber right away to check for a leak. $400 per month for a residential property is exceptonally high. It is possible you have a leak in the main supply and aren't aware of it. If it were my property, I would bring in a specialist in leak detection to find and fix the leak. Good luck.
