Michael Johnson Atlanta Roof Repairs Atlanta Roof Repairs and handyman services Defrauded me of $1500 claiming he was a Licensed General Contractor Austell Georgia

Michael Johnson of Atlanta Roof Repairs called me when i was looking for a Licensed General contractor. He claimed he was a licensed General Contractor, Took money from me for my permits and building inspections and then later called to borrow money from me. 

When i said I did not have money to give him, he said no problem, he ws supposed to get my permit and call for inspection and make sure my inspections passed, when it was time to pull my permit, he started giving me the run around. He said if he did not have my permits in hand by Tuesday morning, I will have my money back. I said ok, give me my money back, he started giving me stories how he will pay someone $100 to renew their license, and they will collect the permits for him, needless to say, the theif ran with my money.
