MICROSOFT STORE Lied, cheated, stole - crooks -DO NOT BUY FROM MICROSOFT ONLINE STORE Redmond Washington

On 12/29/13 I ordered from Microsoft an xbox one. In order to do so I had to also buy 2 games and a 12 month membership to xbox live as well as another service. I immediately saw on my paypal that I had been charged with 4 charges totaling $1400. I was double charged for everything. My order #'s are:8800916234 and 8801012134 -My husband and I decided to cancel original order as we didn't feel comfortable having been double charged. I immediately attempted to contact Microsoft and I did contact paypal. I spoke with a woman named Crisel at Microsoft and she GUARANTEED me that my ENTIRE order would be cancelled. She gave me confirmation number 1225345747. But, part of the charges went thru regardless. I was contacted by paypal that 2 of 4 charges went thru even though I had contacted BOTH paypal and Microsoft within minutes...I repeatedly tried to fix this with microsoft and spent literally HOURS on the phone only to be transferred back and forth and told that my issue was not their department. On 11/30/13, a man from Microsoft Store named Gabby reassured me that my ENTIRE order AND Double charges were immediately canceled. He even sent me 2 confirmation emails stating that my orders WERE cancelled. Then, on 12/01 I saw that ALL FOUR CHARGES went thru and my account is debited $81.07, $81.07, $654.00, and $654.00. I do not know what to do because now I am being sent FOUR games, TWO complete systems, And TWO memberships for xbox live. And, my checking account has been drained leaving me without money.
