Midas Muffler Questionable Billing / Over Charging Bethesda Maryland

Can't really blame this Midas dealer exclusively. Overcharging seems to be the way to do business for Midas franchises. Compared the current bill for complete front disk brake repair to that done on the same truck at a Midas shop in Gaithersburg, MD. a little over 3 years ago. The old bill was itemized while the new bill was not. So I got a flat rate charge for a front brake job without knowing exactly what they did. The labor charge went from $74 to $210. Of course not possible. The parts and necessary components charge made absolutely no sense and I don't think they honored their lifetime warantee on the pads. Eiter the Gaitersberg shop ripped me off on the price of parts or the Bethesda shop ripped me of on the cost of labor and parts. They are not keen on giving their customers too much information. When you ask them to explain you will not at all be satisfied with the answer.
