Midland Credit Mgmt Inc. reported tat they are trying to collect a debt from 09/30/1999. Thsi debt is no longer valid yet Midland contact the credit beauru an put it on record on 09/2007 that there were trying to collect this debt. First off I never even heard of them and didn't know they had done this to my credit report. I have been denied credit due to this mistake! I have filed a dispute but have not heard a thing about it yet! If something isn't done I plan on hiring an attorney to file suit against this company.
