Mike carlson motor company selling fraud extended warranty with interest rate added to your car note burleson Texas

I have bought a vehicle from mcmc burleson texas in may 2014. At the time of doing all the paper work and making the down payment, I opted in adding extra High-Tech extended warranty. 

In the contract I noticed how the repairs that I have had done for my car are covered. Either way talking to employees of mcmc, my parts were not covered. Ok. Well I reread my contract and my repairs should have been covered. 

On the first extended warranty I notices that the balance of the warranty is added to my car note and I'm paying interest in that as well. Ok. So i am in the process of cancelling my warranty contract. I have asked.for my refund with the interest I paid on that as well since I wasn't just paying it out separately from my actual car note. 

MCMC is full of it when it comes to repairs and honoring the first extended warranty. Now keep in mind I didn't just get basic warranty, I purchased high tech warranty. But my repairs were not covered. 

I was offered warranty by a different company not affiliated with MCMC and apparently the repairs I have had done are covered on my new warranty.
